This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects and programmes in a team which supports services as varied as adult social care, housing and libraries.

We are looking to recruit 2 Project Officers to join the team who support business change and improvement activity for services across the portfolio. These posts will support a project to change the way we and the NHS support people leaving hospital.

Key areas of activity will including supporting project planning, leading delivery workstreams, analysing data and managing risks / issues that come up. The successful applicants will need some understanding of how projects work, be excellent communicators and know how to get things done in a complex environment.
