An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator join a prestigious local organisation based on the outskirts of Chesterfield

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative environment dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience working in a busy environment and to tight deadlines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Provide a high quality customer service both over the telephone and face to face
- Deal with enquiries, requests and complaints in an efficient and effective manner
- Provide general clerical assistance such as filing, processing mail, maintenance of records and photocopying
- Prepare written correspondence as required, such as agendas, minutes, memos, letters and reports within specified timescales
- Producing and maintaining documents and spreadsheets
- Updating and maintaining computerised office systems and databases accurately
- Processing cash and card payments

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week
