I am working on behalf of my client who are specialists within the construction sector. They are a successful business who are a market leader within their field. Because of growth they are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team.

Ideally you will be an experienced administrator who is looking for development, a friendly team and a fantastic working environment.

Operations Administrator responsibilities include:

* General administration across the department, supporting others as and when required
* Managing projects
* Scheduling and planning of work from clients
* Reports, KPI's and MI
* Speaking to customers/clients
* Account management
* Any other duties that are required

What we are looking for:

* You must have experience in administration, ideally in an operational capacity
* Strong analytical skills and can work confidently with excel
* Can manage your workload efficiently and effectively
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good customer service and client management skills
* Self-motivation
* Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
* Driven and enthusiastic
* Flexible and hardworking
* A good team player
* Confident with systems
