SALARY & BENEFITS: circa GBP35,000 plus benefits including pension and medical insurance
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the 3 thriving member consortia in a fast-paced, creative environment to establish Re:allies' reputation as leading supplier of intelligent procurement solutions for social housing providers in the UK.

Due to planned growth, our client is now seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Marketing & Communications Executive to join the Efficiency North team based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

THE ROLE: As a Marketing & Communications Executive you are required to support our client in achieving the aims of its marketing and communications by providing first level support for the Corporate Development Lead to develop the Re:allies Partnership brand and communications on behalf of the national consortium to establish its reputation as leading supplier of innovative and intelligent procurement solutions for social housing providers. Based within the team in Sheffield, you will be willing and able to travel around the UK.

Key Duties for the Marketing & Communications Executive's role :-

- Support the delivery of the company's marketing and brand awareness through a range of marketing methods and demonstrably increase engagement from key stakeholders and policy makers
- Seek out news stories and develop channels and materials to achieve a continuous stream that promotes the key messaging of the brand and ensures a cohesive approach
- Support the development of a strong online presence and develop social media networking as an additional channel to report relevant news content and engage with key stakeholders
- Support the management and delivery of events and meetings and the creation of a range of engaging marketing collateral to promote the brand
- Continuously monitor developments in digital communications and within the social housing procurement sector to support the development of the Re:allies brand to ensure that it builds upon its reputation and remains at the forefront and cutting edge

THE CANDIDATE: There are many skills and requirements needed to deliver this role effectively to the high standard required so you must be a naturally creative and confident person who is highly organised, has at least 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, design or related relevant discipline, and you will hold an English A Level as a minimum. You must have excellent IT skills including knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign, as well as a solid understanding of how to maximise the use of digital and social media communication channels. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, able to meet deadlines, work well as part of a team and be willing and able to travel occasionally around the UK.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Marketing & Communications Executive's role in Sheffield, South Yorkshire :-

- Must have a minimum of 2 years in a related discipline
- Must hold a minimum of an A Level or equivalent qualification in English
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign essential
- Marketing communications collateral production experience including copy writing and possessing a flair for original design
- Must be willing and prepared to travel occasionally around the UK for which expenses will be covered
