You'll be the first point of contact for these existing customers, and you'll help to resolve their questions and queries. Salary £18,000 rising to £19,750 after 6 months

We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Sales Advisors dedicated to putting customers at the heart of what they do.

About the role
As an Inbound Customer Service Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact for existing customers taking inbound calls.
You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them, it may be just a query or they may have a minor issue with their equipment and you may need to run a technique check with them (don`t worry, nothing too technical and you will get full training) and ensure that their enquiry or concerns are appropriately handled every time.
With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.

So what do you need?
Ideally you will come from a Customer service/sales background however this is not essential.
You will thrive on targets - but always make sure that the customer`s interests come first.
You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport by being a people person who likes to talk but listen!!

Inbound Customer Service Advisor`s will have:
An understanding of working in a regulated environment and preferably in contact centre environment
A passion to deliver a first-class customer service
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, targeted environment
Excellent communication skills
Great team spirit!

Working 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 8pm (one late until 11pm, although this could change) Monday to Saturday on a rota basis (you will be required to work only 2 Saturdays a month)
