Due to expansion my client is looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their fantastic team which is located in the West Midlands.
This is a varied role where you will act as the first point of call for all clients and therefore will have excellent interpersonal skills and good time management. You will have proven experience that you are able to mutli task whilst working in a very busy environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing correspondence and legal documents, administrative tasks, managing general administration support and more. As you will be working for several Fee Earners you will have previous experience of managing relationships and workloads.
You will be a confident, experienced and a proactive professional who can hit the ground running whilst assisting in commercial property. As a team player you must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of staff. Your ability to be organised along with exceptional attention to detail is of most importance.
The successful applicant will be fully competent with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word.
Salary is between £18,000 to £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours of work - 09:00am to 17:30pm
