Sewell Wallis are working with a large business to recruit a Sales Invoicing Officer into their restructured finance team who would be responsible for checking and raising invoices for National and International customers. Experience of using SAP will be advantageous in this role.

Duties:
- Processing all sales invoices accurately.
- Working closely with the businesses shipping/logistic department.
- Process manual financial transactions/invoices.
- Ensure all despatched material is invoiced within 24 hours where possible.
- Reconcile financial records/reports between inter-company systems from despatch to Sales ledger, ensuring all records have been captured.
- Promptly distribute all customer documentation with the help of the postal department by international post or courier, ensuring payment is made to the business on time.
- All period end tasks are carried out and accurately in a timely manner.
- Support the cash collection department.
- Investigate and respond to transactional/documentation queries and issues.

Person:
- 2 Years' experience in an Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger role.
- Personable approach to working in a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience of SAP is preferred.

Hours: Full time, 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm.
Salary: GBP18k - GBP19k
