We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager and an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at an exciting time in the development of our business. We are a successful and growing business and the sales function is at the heart of this. The Sales Manager will proactively manage and drive our sales function, with a focus on achieving turnover and profit targets. Identifying and progressing innovative strategies to increase sales, you will motivate your team to deliver day in day out. Your sense of urgency for goal achievement will mean that you are able to effectively manage a varied work programme in a fast paced environment.
With proven experience in a busy sales management role, ideally but not necessarily in hospitality, you will be driven by results and the desire to provide exceptional customer service. Able to coach and guide your team, you will also not be afraid to step in if standards slip as well as thinking on your feet and making sound decisions.
The Assistant Sales Manager will ensure that the sales office maintains excellent standards of quality and accuracy through efficient and effective systems and processes. You will help the Sales Manager maximise productivity and revenue by ensuring precise sales administration and communication are achieved. You will deputise for the Sales Manager to ensure consistent leadership of the team.
With proven experience in a busy sales role, ideally as a team leader, you will be driven by accuracy and results and the desire to provide exceptional customer service. With a focus on results and performance, you will take swift action to address any issues and prevent backlogs and errors.
