Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications for an instantly recognisable brand, operating in the non-for-profit, third sector. In this diverse role you will identify, define, develop and evaluate marketing campaigns and write press releases, managing a team of four. Inclusive team, with a positive and dynamic outlook. The job will involve: Working across the organisation, Marketing Manager will have input into the new CRM system being implemented. Full marketing mix - developing and delivering on marketing campaigns that engage customers, strengthen the brand and generate leads, leading to new pipeline opportunities. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Content writing – writing high quality press releases, briefs, adverts, emails, presentations for different audiences. Public Relations - engaging with local media, journalists, writing press-releases and responding to media enquiries, ensuing accurate and positive coverage of the organisation, its goals and achievements. Support and deliver organisations’ funding, fundraising and philanthropic strategies. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. Managing and developing marketing team. This job will suit: Degree qualified Marketing Manager with experience of engaging with a wide audience, in both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) setting. Experience of managing and developing small teams. Ability to undertake cost/benefit analysis of various channels options, and undertake return on investment reports on marketing activity. Experience of implementing CRM systems will be highly beneficial.
