My client based within Nottingham are currently looking to recruit an experienced Payroll / HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be split between processing the weekly and monthly payroll and HR administration. Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager your main duties as a Payroll / HR Administrator include: Main responsibilities: HR Administration Duties: Inputting general data Maintaining and archiving of employee files and HR filing system. Producing reports in relation to starters, leavers, sickness etc Changes within contracts Advise employees on day-to-day HR issues including maternity, company policies, employee relations, and holidays. Pension Administration Absence management tracking Answering incoming calls to the HR department. Performance management and improvement tracking. Dealing with basic Group policy queries. Payroll Duties: Processing the weekly and monthly payroll for all employees Processing timesheets, calculating hours , overtime Dealing with all PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP deductions Knowledge of RTI and auto enrolment Producing weekly reports Dealing with all Payroll queries Supporting manager with monthly payroll when required This is a very exciting opportunity for anyone that is wanting to join a well-established and exciting company.
