My client, a Nottinghamshire Local Authority, are looking to take on an experienced Benefits professional to join their team to cover a long term sickness. Applicants must be expereinced in using the Northgate system for processing claims as well as the Civica system for processing maps and document imaging. The role will be a mixture of phone based work dealing with customer inquiries and processing benefits claims. This is a customer services role and so you must be personable and get along with people, they are after an experienced hand who can hit the ground running and need little to no guidance.
