The role in a nutshell Customer Experience is at the heart of what we do at UNiDAYS. We are excited to be growing our Customer Support team and we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about customer experience / service and is looking for an opportunity to work in a rapidly evolving Digital business and as part of a global support team. Day to day responsibilities On a day to day basis you would be doing a wide variety of tasks in a non call-centre environment. This could range from building relationships with retailers via email, monitoring and updating the bespoke back end system and interacting with our student users via email to resolve queries and questions. You would be expected to take a pro-active and inquisitive approach to work and be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that could arise to decrease the customer experience. Ideas are always welcome at UNiDAYS – Could something be done better? What we need from you Ideally you will have a degree (or equivalent) and be working in a customer service or administration role at the moment. You will have excellent written skills and be competent using email and Microsoft Excel, and experience using Hootsuite would be desirable. Personality is really important to us – you will be the virtual face of UNiDAYS after all We are looking for strong communicators, passion for excellence and natural problem solving ability.
