Customer Service/1st Line Support
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to be based in Sheffield.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver a unique customer service experience utilising your effective questioning and listening skills to anticipate and determine the customer's needs and concerns, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This will involve, answering incoming calls and assisting customers as needed by properly handling account inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions in courteous and timely manner.
You must have worked previously as a Customer Service Representative within a busy call centre or helpdesk environment.
Solid expertise in MS Excel is required. You will be able to work your way around the Internet and be able to delete cookies and check previously searched web pages.
A positive attitude is essential, coupled with excellent communication skills.
