This could be a perfect opportunity for you Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a Technical Analyst to work alongside the ITIL problem management process as a technical resource, to help progress and resolve customer problems. This role is key to our customers ensuring problem tickets are progressed/resolved quickly and to customer satisfaction. Key duties will include; Aiding the problem management team as a technical resource. Problem ticket investigation, analysis and resolution. SQL/data analysis of complex support calls. Assisting with investigations of system latency and performance. Understand Microlise products and continually develop knowledge in these areas. Create Knowledge Base information where appropriate. Work to ensure that service metrics are met (e.g. SLA performance). Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement.
