Job Title: Sales Administrator - MANE Ltd UK & IRE
Gain a valuable insight into the world of flavour and the food industry.

Main responsibilities include:
-    Process all orders received from customers.
-    To monitor stock orders and replace as and when it is necessary.
-    Answer customer enquiries via telephone or email and action the requests accordingly in an accurate and timely fashion. 
-    Provide sales information via reports
-    Help and support the customer service / administrative team.

Requirements of the Role:
-    Experience in a customer service/administrative position
-    Computer literacy skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Capable of learning and using other operating or web based systems to enable the smooth administration.
-    Good communication skills are essential for the successful completion of the role.
-    Be punctual and flexible to meet customer deadlines.

Desired requirements:
-    Experience of logistics / creating orders
-    Basic knowledge of French would be an advantage
