Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Medical Device organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Continence market. This exciting role will be working as a Territory Manager across the East Midlands area. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth. Essential Requirements: Successful Medical field sales experience, ideally across Primary and Secondary Care with Nurse Specialists. You will be skilled and experienced operating at a range of levels from Nurse to Consultant to Manager to Payer, aligning their needs with healthcare solutions. You will have strong communication skills in all forms - written, oral, email, presentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills, administrative capabilities and effective written and oral communication capabilities. Exceptional listening skills. Excellent analytical skills; able to work with data, solves problems, present ideas, persuades using different types of data. You must be passionate about understanding your customer's needs and finding solutions through partnership with them. Ambitious and resilient, will go the extra mile, will achieve and get results within the commercial context. High attention for detail and follow through. Results oriented. You will be personable, a strong team player and be able to conduct challenging business and commercial conversations with customers in a positive manner. Confident decision maker. Role Responsibilities: You will have sound commercial and analytical skills to help identify market trends and opportunities for your nominated territory, refining business and account plans to capture these opportunities. Meets or exceed selling quotas/ targets by engaging all targeted accounts as well as developing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives. Ensures timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments. Demonstrates listen and respond selling skills to uncover customer needs and creates a compelling reason for customer to purchase, regardless of contractual constraints. Plans and documents daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, development of sales process, and utilise the CRM tool for the management of information, including expense management. Knowledgeable of competitive activity and sales volume and potential in each targeted account. Develop and maintain long-term relationships of all key stakeholders that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts. Provides feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organisation to adapt tools/strategies to the market demand. Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organisation.
