HR Manager

Terms and conditions of position 37 hours per week permanent

Salary of position - Circa GBP35,000

Location of position i.e. Main Base Rotherham College, Dinnington Campus but multi-site across the group

With an income of over GBP50m each year, the RNN Group includes three colleges of further and higher education and five training organisations. Through them we educate school leavers, undergraduates, employees and those re-joining the workforce.

In total, we employ or engage over 1,500 staff to educate and train over 16,000 people each year, including over 4,000 apprentices. We help companies succeed and individuals learn their way to career security, fulfilment and happiness.

Following a recent reorganisation we are now seeking to appoint a highly effective HR Manager. This is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced individual to take the next step in their HR career. You will be responsible on a daily basis, for the work of the team and provide advice, guidance, supervision and coaching to the Senior HR Business Partners. You will report to and work closely with the HR Director, supporting a range of strategic projects as well as higher level employee relations work.

Previous experience at a similar level is desirable, but this position may also suit a well-experienced practitioner ready to progress.
