The HR Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR and Payroll Assistant for their client based in Nottingham . The client offer a modern working environment, on site parking and an innovative and growing business. The HR and Payroll Assistant will work closely with both finance and HR to assist with payroll on both an hourly and monthly basis. The HR and Payroll Assistant will assist with ensuring starters, leavers and amendments are notified to relevant 3rd party providers, and all costs are appropriately checked and notified to the finance department timely and accurately. The HR element of the role will involve setting up policies and procedures, working closely with the group of businesses to ensure employment engagement, developing a recruitment process and working closely with the HR Manager and Business Managers to align all policies. This is a brilliant role for someone who is looking to develop their career within HR and look to get into a business where they are given autonomy and the ability to make change. Ideally the candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this and come from a background where they are comfortable around payroll and its processes. This job was originally posted as
