You will be working for a small Plastic Vacuum Forming company in a busy office environment, providing general administrative support for the Managing Director, Production Director and the Production staff.

??? Submission of staff weekly timesheets to payroll
??? Monitoring and keeping records of absence/sickness and holiday
??? Raising purchase orders
??? Processing Customer orders and generating worksheets.
??? Updating records and filing in line with their current system
??? Answering the telephone, liaising with customers on orders and order lead times
??? Online payments for purchases made at month end

??? Competency with Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word
??? Confident and professional telephone manner, as you will be the first point of contact
??? Strong awareness and understanding of clerical/administration procedures
??? Writing and editing documents and reports

Working hours - Mon ??? Fri 8.00 ??? 4.30pm
20 minutes morning break, 30 minutes for lunch each day

An understanding of Plastic vacuum forming would be of benefit, but not essential.
