We have a fantastic opportunity for Inbound Retentions Advisors to become part of an established and successful team within the vibrant city of Nottingham.

The Role:

The Call Centre Representative role in the Retentions department is a customer-focused, sales position. It would see you receiving inbound calls from our clients existing customer base for a variety of reasons related to their warranties, resolving any concerns quickly and efficiently to retain that customer.

When managing these calls, your role and responsibilities would include delivering class-leading levels of customer service, talking them through next steps, putting them at ease, and ultimately, putting the customer at the heart of everything you are doing. You’ll demonstrate Accountability and Ownership, Customer Focus, and will Make It Happen.

  • A competitive basic salary starting at £18,000

  • Salary increase after your first 6 months as a thank you for your work and efforts to date

  • Fantastic bonus scheme

  • Paid Training period would be during your first three weeks, Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30.

  • Annual Leave 33 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays. Bank holidays are deemed standard working days so would need to be booked off.

In terms of working hours we operate fully flexible 37.5 hour contracts between 8am-8pm Monday - Sunday. This would include 1 in 12 Sunday’s and 3 in 12 Saturday’s
